At Miller Outdoors, you are our top priority. We know that your backyard is an extension of your home, and enhancing your life through a beautiful backyard is our mission.

In order to take care of you the best way possible, we have created a process that keeps you top of mind. From the moment you contact us, we take the time to get to know you and your backyard desires.

We ask questions, provide solutions and options, and create a plan that fits both your needs and budget. And, we don’t stop there.

After your project is complete, we follow up with you to ensure that you are still happy with your decision and that your backyard is still providing you with the enjoyment you anticipated.

Our Process

Step 1. Contact Us

We can't wait to hear about your dream backyard upgrades. Fill out the form on our contact page and give us some details about your project ideas. Feel free to attach any pictures that you may have.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

Once we recieve your form, we will call you within 24 hours. During our phone consultation, we will be able to talk more in depth about your vision and even go over details such as timeline, budget, and design.

Step 3. On Site Consultation and Design Phase

During the on site consultation, we will walk the job site and then sit down to discuss your project and the overall design. Once we are clear on your vision, we will be able to create a mock up of the actual plan.

There is a $500 deposit associated with the design phase that go towards the final cost of the project when you move forward.

Step 4. Preliminary budget discuss and contract signing

During the budget discussion we will go over your exact estimate for your project, and go over the details of your scope of work. When we are on the same page, and you are comfortable with every detail, we will sign the contract together.

Step 5. Protect The Site

Before we start any work, we make sure to set up protective measures to ensure the job site is safe and secure.

Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before we begin our work, we will walk through the project site with you. This will allow us to set appropriate expectations for the entirety of the project.

Step 7. We Begin Our Work

We’ll start working on your project. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re comfortable and up-to-date on each step as the build phase unfolds.

Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough

Our favorite part is the final walkthrough. We’ll present to you the completed project and make sure everything looks exactly as you’ve imagined. When we’ve left you with your dream outdoor space, invite all your friends and loved ones to celebrate your improved yard.

Step 9. Our Warranty

We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty with a manufacturer warranty included. If something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty, we come in and get it fixed for you – free of charge.

Step 10. Follow-Up Process

We want to make sure you love your project, and that your dream has become a reality. We will continuously follow up with you on your new place of relaxation for the next year to ensure your satisfaction.

Our follow-up schedule happens at the 3-day mark, 3 week-mark, 3-month mark, and 12-month mark.

Miller Outdoors has done several projects in the course of our complete re-landscaping of our property the past two years. He and his crew have always been on time, very friendly and professional. Overall, the quality and size of his plantings have been outstanding. Most recently, Vince replaced one of the plants that was under warranty, with not a single plant but with two. He also furnished two large Camelia plants that were exceptional in size and quality which immediately complemented the rest of our front space. I would highly recommend Vinny and the Miller Outdoors for your landscape project.

Miller Outdoors installed a new fence around my backyard shortly after Hurricane Ida hit. They worked around a tree removal service. Miller removed the old fence, installed new posts and new boards very quickly and professionally. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Vinnie and his team at Miller Outdoors were a pleasure to work with. Vinnie took the time to review every detail of the project and answered all my questions. His team worked quickly and our pergola came out better than I expected! We have gotten many compliments on the look of our pergola and how well it matches our home/yard style. Our backyard needed a lot of work. An old pool with stone and concrete apron needed to be jackhammered and bulldozed out. We did have to ask neighbor to remove fence, and that was a huge help! The team was able to demo all the cement and a mid-sized shed so we could install some underground drainage. With underground drainage done, they installed slab for hot tub and pavers for cedar pavilion we had built (another company). Sod went down in backyard and along front/side yard where dozer tracks were. Part of the side yard doesn't get sun so rocks and stepping stones were installed. A beautiful sturdy pine horizontal style fence was installed and treated with Ready Seal. It's very sturdy and looks great. They also sealed the new pavers and cleaned up another brick deck I had fixing mortar and sealing that too.From the beginning it was clear that Vinnie and his team were going to be a good fit for us. His quotes were clear and detailed. Vinnie was clear in his communication and provided frequent status updates as things developed. The onsite team of builders (thanks Miguel) were polite and were very hard workers. When they were on my job, they were there daily. No disappearing for days at a time. I was very pleased with their work and would not hesitate in recommending them! I would have liked to have seen drawings, plans, or even sketches as I think that is an extra step to solidify exactly what and where things are to be located. Again, very happy with Vinnie and his team. I would use them again, but I think they've done it all for us.

Miller Outdoors did an incredible job in the renovation of our yard. Vincent Miller and his team were professional, thorough, and masters of their craft. Their talents were limitless as they graded the property, lay the pavers, built innovative screens to hide our A.C. units, and put in an extensive watering system, not to mention the trees and plants that were placed beautifully. Vincent Miller and his team were on site everyday and kept us in the loop concerning any updates and changes. Mr. Miller’s attention to details, approachable manner, and making sure the job was done correctly gave us the confidence that we would be delighted with the completed project.

Vinnie and co-workers were absolutely fantastic! My yard is amazing and completely transformed! We have had so many compliments from neighbors and friends. I loved my experience working with Vincent and his team on my backyard. From the first day, he was extremely professional and responded very quickly. When it came time to start the project, he came early and stayed all day, despite having rainy weather basically every day. They were able to finish the project in a timely manner and I love it so much (my dogs do too)! Vincent kept me informed daily of the progress and what would happen the next day.
